Ball Python or Corn Snake? Why?

I'm 14 and I want a snake that I can chill with but won't cost too much.... I like the Corn Snake variations in color but I like the laid back Pythons..HELP!!!

I would go with Corn snake. They are also super sweet. Not as laid back as a ball but there pretty awesome to own. Most colubrids are good snakes to own. The thing is about ball pythons is that they are notorious for not eating sometimes. Where with Corn snakes there generally good eaters. Im not saying all ball pythons have problems with feeding its just something you might run into. But when you get him, get him from a breeder or reptile store. Not Petco or Petsmart.

Personally I own a corn snake but they like to be active and slither around, ball pythons are more chill and will just sit with you without moving around much. But I does coat more to feed ball pythons because that eat rats when they get big, corn snakes only eat mice, hope you have fun this you new snake!!

corn snake. they won't eat as big of rodents and heating them isn't as hard as pythons. pythons are more expensive. you have to keep spray down their enclosures 2 times a day. RIs are more common in BPs

ball python, i would get a ball python. the colour and patterns on the back are really cool and i think they are much cooler.
