Frogs are considered "opportunists" and in the wild will eat anything that they can fit in their mouths: insects, snakes small rodents and yes, each other. Captive specimens can be offered crickets, mealworms and even small mice. Most frogs will only eat live food

sometimes the hard shell on the mealworms can cause digestion problems in frogs. They can actually injure the digestive track and i have herd of some mealworms eating there way out of the animal. So i say stick with crickets.

Do you know those white butterflies you see everywhere??? They like to eat those. Sni their wings a bit or wet them os they don't fly and your frog would eat those... For bigger frogs, feed them mice.

Frogs and toads are omnivorous, feeding on algae, insects, worms, snails, spiders, small fish, and other swamp creatures.
