I have these tiny little white/yellowish round balls in a cluster on my window screen. Does anyone know what kind of inscet could have done this? The cluster is alittle bigger than a quarter and the eggs themselves are round balls no bigger than the tip of a pen.

Take a toothpick and a Ball canning jar, carefully gather all you can and seal it up. Store in draft free place out of the sun, give it a chance and see what happens. I doubt they are spiders as spiders lay their eggs in a web, they look fuzzy cuz of all the web surrounding them, and there are generally several together. Not all insects are bad, don't forget. (But I still hate spiders).
